At Noir Nest, every piece is handcrafted with care and precision. Each product goes through a detailed quality check before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Please note that we follow a strict No Refund, No Exchange policy, as all our products are made to order and individually handcrafted.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please help us assist you quickly by following these steps:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video while opening your package.

  2. Email the video along with your order details and invoice to noir.nest.customs@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Our team will review your case and get back to you after evaluation.

Please note: reports without an unboxing video or those submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Exceptions

Each case will be handled individually at our discretion. If your claim is approved, we will guide you on the replacement process.

Noir Nest reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns and replacements.
